HR & Training Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover)

 

Location:  Hybrid working – home and office based

Hours: 37.5 hours

Salary: £23,865 - £27,274 (Grade 2)

Starting Salary: £23,865

Duration: Fixed term for x9 months (with possibility of extension)

Closing date: 12 noon, Monday 4th November 2024

The HR and Training Administrator will be responsible for providing customer focused, comprehensive and pragmatic HR administrative support to managers and employees in line with organisational policies, procedures and legal requirements.  Support the delivery of the HR strategy ensuring that we provide a value-added service in order to meet organisational requirements.

 

What we ask for from you:

  • Educated to GCSE level (grades A-C) to include Mathematics and English language (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 12 months’ recent experience of working in a dedicated generalist HR Administrative or HR Assistant role
  • Proven experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment 
  • Can demonstrate experience of maintaining a HR information system
  • Knowledge of HR related policy and process
  • Ability to demonstrate alignment with MindWise’s core values of Passion, Respect, Empathy, Togetherness, Openness & Transparency
