Location: Fermanagh House, 6 Broadmeadow Place, Enniskillen BT74 7HR

Salary Range (FTE): £15,190.40- £16,231.46

Starting Salary (PT): £15,190.40

Hours: 20 hours

Duration: Fixed Term Contract until June 2027

Closing date: 12 noon, Tuesday 20th May 2025

 

Job Purpose:

The Wellness service offers an individualised 1-1 WRAP Programme to support and help manage difficult feelings and develop action plans to help them improve mood. As Team Lead you will be leading on referral management, service reporting and supervision of Wellness Workers.

What we ask for from you:

  • A minimum of a level 3 diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification
  • Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) training completed or willing to complete on commencement in role.
  • At least one years’ experience of directly working with children, young people and/or families
  • At least one year’s experience of supervising staff and/or volunteers
  • Experience of working in partnership with statutory agencies and voluntary/ community sector organisations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
